You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep it current.
Customer Content
You retain ownership of your project content, uploads, and related materials. You grant RightsDocket the limited rights necessary to host, process, secure, transmit, and display that content to provide the service.

Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, violate law, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, or access data that does not belong to you.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the subscription terms presented at checkout unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Plan limits and features may vary by tier. RightsDocket may change pricing or packaging prospectively with notice.

RightsDocket provides workflow, documentation, and verification tooling. It does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or a guarantee of copyright, chain-of-title, or procurement approval.
You should consult qualified counsel for legal advice regarding ownership, licensing, registration, risk allocation, or compliance obligations.
